  • Propertypriceregister.ie-Finally Available.

A national property price register for Ireland was mentioned as far back as early 2010 – and it finally looks like it is becoming a reality .
According to the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) – the the new Residential Property Prices Register will be available online from the 30th September. (A Sunday!)

The new website is www.propertypriceregister.ie and it will be available to the general public to view actual sale prices for all property sold in Ireland since January 2010 . It is expected to be a great help to potential homebuyers who will now be able to see actual sale prices instead of asking prices .

It could have a little bit more detail ( the amount of bedrooms ).

Agree 100%,its something that should have been incl when the Agency tasked with rolling this out designed it...pretty substandard package as was immediately improved 100 fold in simplicity by a few posters on the propertypin in a matter of hours!!

God only knows what the official version cost the taxpayers, hopefully bedroom numbers will be added, pretty basic requirement.

Seems to be a lot of problems relating to poorly entered data,if its accuracy is in any was questionable on a largish scale then its unfit for purpose and will not be trusted.

There's a crew on the pin trying to clean up data but there's not a lot they can do about missing transactions of which there seems to be plenty.
