Default What is the average rating for house?

Just wondering what the average rating is for a timber house built in the last 5/6years ?
Mine got a C3 so was just wondering if this is average or bad or what?

Thanks,

A little more information about your house may be helpful in making an assessment.

Default Average Rating

Dreamer, it's still hard to make a judgement on the basis of verbal information, but I might have a "general" answer to a "general" question:
According to SEI latest report most of second hand rated properties fall between C2 and D2. You can see the report for yourself, Castle if you follow this link: http://www.seai.ie/Your_Building/BER...tus_Report.pdf

Hope this answers your question, Castle....
