
On December 23rd last the President signed into law the new changes to the Residential Tenancies Act, so as of midnight on that date the measures below are now law namely;
- Rent Predictability Measures
- 4 year tenancies to be replaced by 6 year tenancies
- Quarterly publication of Dispute Resolution Timelines.
The remaining amendments will come into force by commencement orders in the near future.
